Billing

Billing is organization-scoped and based on real USD balance. Model usage, platform services, storage, collaboration, and other metered work draw from the organization's balance according to the pricing shown in the app.

Subscription plans

Alumia now offers monthly subscription plans for the product tier a team needs. Usage remains transparent: model and tool costs are metered against the organization's USD balance, and the Billing page shows plans, deposits, payment methods, credit grants, invoices, and usage.

Signup promotion

Alumia has a real early-bird promotion: the first 1,000 eligible users receive $10 in signup credit after phone verification. That is promotional credit, not a separate internal currency.

Platform-fee waiver

The signup promotion is separate from the $100 platform-fee waiver. The waiver means the first $100 in cumulative deposits has zero 5.5% platform fee.

Managed provider billing

New provider-key setup is temporarily unavailable. Alumia handles provider credentials, routing, retries, streaming, and metering behind the product surface so users choose logical models instead of managing provider accounts.
