By accessing or using Alumia ("the Service"), provided by Hasna ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and API consumers.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your password and API keys.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, phishing messages, or other unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Circumvent any rate limits or usage restrictions

Access to the Alumia API is subject to rate limits and usage quotas as defined by your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary throttling or suspension of API access.

API keys are confidential and must not be shared publicly. You are responsible for any usage incurred through your API keys.

We reserve the right to modify API endpoints, features, or rate limits with reasonable notice.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms.

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Usage-based charges (such as API calls and AI model usage) are billed based on actual consumption and deducted from your account balance or charged to your payment method.

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users.

Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within the 30-day retention period.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Hasna and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the data and content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall Hasna be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
